Default Can't see my audio files

very strange issue here. disc allocation is set to the right folder all audio files are there when I open the session nothing wrong so far. But what makes me think is the fact that I cannot actually see the audio files when i open the folder. There are 4 files in there that I am not even using anymore nothing else is in it. An I would really like to know where my files are. Anybody had something like that before ?

thanx
Kai

I can't offer an explanation, but if the audio plays, I would just do a "Save copy in" and check to include audio files, and have a fresh new session folder with all files.

I f you can see the clips in the clip bin, you could right-click on them and choose "Show in Finder" and perhaps it will give you a clue what happened.

Select one of the mystery files in the clip bin and right click to "reveal in finder". This should show you where they really are. Alternately open a session browser window (opt-o), and sort the audio files in the session by path - this will make it easy to see if they're in the wrong place; you can then right-click to "move and relink" if desired.
