How can I get Firmware 1.03 to install in my 11 rack???

glad it worked for you. You can re-install 1.0.11 now, so you are up-to-date driver wise.

Be sure to check out the Eleven Rack Expansion Pack (aka Firmware 2.0.x) its a paid upgrade (if its not pre-installed when you purchase the unit) and adds lots of great new stuff.

The only thing holding me back from buying the expansion pack was the fact that I couldn't install the free 1.0.3 update, and was not willing to buy the pack and not be able to load it.

Now that I know I can update the firmware, I'll order the expansion pack.

OMG finally that IS the solution, thanks guys for the help on that I am now updated to firmware 1.03 as well! And note mine is a 64 bit OS Windows 7 and I run pro tools 9.03 right now.

Following these steps I was able to install 1.0.2 but cannot install 1.0.3. The firmware update progress screen shows 3 minutes remaining and never changes. The eleven rack unit does not change either (does not enter update mode). I have the 1.0.8 driver installed with Windows Vista sp2. IE9 uninstalled.
