Default Nudging fades

What are the shortcut keys for nudging a fade on a Mac? I thought it was -/+ but it doesn't seem to be working. Do I need to set my own shortcut keys?

It is +/-, but specifically, the +/- found on the numeric keypad. I believe the < and > also work.
