Easiest way I've found without reformating is to use Partition Magic. You can get it at www.cheapsoftware.com for 10.00 now after rebate. Will allow you to set up a dual boot system too if you want.

If you can get Partition Magic anyplace for around ten bucks go for it- I paid seventyfive at Office-something-or-other. Great program.

PS thanks for the tip on the Rode mic, Allen. They charge us non-Allens a little more but $405 is a great price for the NTK.

Yea,
I talked to Dewight a couple of weeks ago and he said he had to raise the price on the NTK 20.00 from pre-Christmas prices. Enjoy it. That NTK can take some serious in the face sound and changes character as well. Allen

Noticed the mic discussion... I have a rode nt2 for my vocals.. but for some reason when I use it with the 001 (phantom on of course) I can bearly get a signal. it only registers when I tap it or something silly like that.. when I use my practice mic(sure sm58) I get signal but I want the quality of my rode.. I'm gonna try to use my phantom power unit instead of the 001's and see if that makes any differnce.. can either of you help.? thanks....

You definitely need to use the power supply that came with the Rode mic. The Rode NT2 does have one right? Shut the phantom off on the Digi pres. If that doesn't work, then plan on sending your mic in for repair.
