Default Mbox 2 mini unknown device (xp sp3)

I have MBOX MINI. Now I see in device manager unknown device. All my attempts to upgrade drivers, led to blue screen or reboot my comp. I tryed to install on clear Windows, changed USB ports, but all no success.
Before this my card worked normally in Windows and Pro Tools LE.

My conf
MB Name: Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd.P55-UD3L
BIOS version: P55-UD3L FH
CPU Name: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU 650 @ 3.20GHz
Memory information: Total physical memory 3575 MB
OS information: Microsoft Windows XP

Hello, i cant confirm but read that SP2 XP is better for Pro Tools.
