OK, This is the upgrade Price from Emerald 3.0 to 4.0.

Did you notice that going "From" HD 3 "to" Native 4.0 is an UPGRADE! That implies that TDM is a downgrade right?

Looking at it again it looks like its an Upgrade from McDSP Emerald 3.0 to 4.0. So I think you would need to allready own Emerald 3.0 to use this. But still if you allready have McDSP Emerald 3.0 I think this is a pretty good price.
