Euphonix MC Transport - No longer powering up.

Hello Avid Pro Audio Community,

I'm here after having a hard time finding support for this Euphonix piece of equipment that has been part of my setup for a year. After about 3 or 4 months of use, the unit stopped powering up. It does not appear to be the AC power adapter, as it is still putting out voltage. I'm very surprised that a product of this caliber would simply give out after so little use! Any ideas or suggestions on how to get Euphonix (Avid) to help?
