Default AJA and PT12 video dropout

Hi guys,

Was wondering if anyone had the same issue I'm having. Running video playback of separate video satellite mac pro with pro tools hd 12.5.2. Once in a while I get a black frame or a quick video dropout that happens intermittently. I thought it was the projector but it has happened with 2 different machines with the same setup. Is this a known issue with AJA and PT12?

Setup:
PTHD 12.5.2 no hardware
Kona 3G reference from breakout cable
Kona software 12.5.1
Mac Pro 2x2.66 6Core with El Capitan 10.11.6

Anyone have success without the issue with similar setups?

Thanks for the thread reference. The issue I'm having is not as bad as yours where your dropout goes for seconds. Mine only hits about frames worth since it's so quick. Kinda frustrating to troubleshoot since it really has no real way to know if it's working or not without staring at the screen for at least an hour.
