Default Exponential Audio Stereo Plugin V2 Beta

Hello all. I've just posted the first Beta of V2 of my stereo plugins PhoenixVerb and R2. This beta is available to anyone with a permanent or demo license. As I promised some time back, the look has changed to something calmer and with the same family appearance as the surround reverbs. There are other features, briefly documented here: http://exponentialaudio.com/Support/StereoV2FAQ.pdf

If you want to give them a try, they're right here: Downloads for stereo beta version

Thanks as always for your support and your interest.
Michael

Some of my reports would require images and video to show/explain. Your support link doesn't support that format. Probably best to do this on a private forum or email.

I just have to say that the R2 is one nice sounding verb!

I know in the scheme of things it is silly but I'm losing my favorite GUI of any plugs I have! Poor me, huh.

Sorry Sam, but you're in a very small minority. It would have been nice if it was a larger minority, but it just isn't.

But there was more than just the overall aesthetic. I had very reasonable complaints that the knob positions were too hard to read from the other end of a large desk. I couldn't solve that with the old GUI without making it absolutely nasty-looking.

I do hope you find some of the other features (like dynamic CPU management) help to overcome those feelings of loss

On a positive note regarding the UI, the zoom button used to double the window size is an absolute bonus. I wish more plug-ins would do this, especially those tiny VI's with hundreds of parameters.

I love R2! I've been using that and Phoenix on just about everything.

+10000

It actually makes you pay more attention to EVERY parameter, it's not just a visual thing IMO.
