new c24, 9-16 faders dead after update

Hi,

I just baught new C24, I am use PTHD 9.0.3 PC
when I connect it & setup C24 PT ask to update,I agree the updating start I see the faders moving then the PT freezing & not response, I relonch PT & C24 work, but 9-16 dead !!!

I think the updating not complate, any idea for reset the version or reinstall the version ?

Yes, it really looks like the firmware update wasn't completed.

It can be reset:

1. Turn the C24 off.

2. Press and hold SELECT, SOLO and MUTE on fader channel #1 while powering the C24 back on.

3. Launch ProTools and visit SETUP menu > Peripherals > Ethernet Controllers.

4. There, un-check "Enable" then check "Enable" again. This will make ProTools rescan for the C24.

5. When scanning is complete, choose the C24 as the first unit. You'll be promted that the firmware version does not match. Allow the firmware to be updated.

But this will not reset the firmware of the fader banks, only the comm board firmware, which will force PT to try updating it again. You need the update to be fully completed to get the controller back to life.

What you mean? Does PT try to update it again, or the update still doesn't finish correctly?

Can you try updating it from another computer?

I try to update, start then give me error & ask to check the Ethernet connction,

the fader 1-8 updated
9-16 no FW version
17-24 old FW version

I try from two PC, same error !!!!!
