Re: NEW DTS censoring posts
Ha!
The post was removed because the OP started a thread about features and it started to turn into another thread about pricing. Wasn't actually an attempt to 'censor' anyone. It's obvious from other threads what people think. |

Re: NEW DTS censoring posts
Please reply-- lets have a conversation. Not a once sided thread where you delete what you dont like.

Re: NEW DTS censoring posts
Sounds good. Again, not trying to censor or silence anyone - that's not possible. I was merely trying to keep the thread on topic.

Re: NEW DTS censoring posts
Then say, "Let's keep the thread on topic," instead of deleting posts.

Re: NEW DTS censoring posts
I had a thread that a week ago was 4 pages long, then overnight, it was 2 pages long. It was a popular thread here.
So how did that happen. Also had another thread deleted. Hum?

Re: NEW DTS censoring posts
Let's not throw the blame game around, people.
The new DTS, whoever he may be, is doing his job. No, he's not Keith. But he's not Gary Greenfield, either. I admit, I'm a little miffed at the big long speech about how DTS is a shared account (let's be honest, we all know Keith was responsible for at least 90% of the content coming from that account, and the hours spent helping us), but a new tech support guy isn't to blame for Avid's current misfortunes. The hard working support guys and developers are who we should be empathizing with. Their jobs suffer when the guys at the top make the mistakes. Let's just be clear and focused as to who deserves the blame.
