Pace error PTLE6.1.1

About half way through the startup process of PT, I get the following: "Required Software Extensions need to be updated, Please click OK to go to the PACE website where an installer can be downloaded" If I click cancel, I can continue. I do not have my studio mac connected to the internet - it is physically impossible with my ISDN/USB box located elsewhere and connected to a PC for internet access. What are these missing extensions and do I need them? I have just obtained an iLok but have yet to use it...

PowerMac G4 1.25dp 1GB RAM
OS10.2.6
Digi 001
