Pace ilok driver

I just installed a new plugin on my mixrack and it is telling me that I need to update the pace ilok drivers. I found the new driver for ilok driver installer for windows xp on the ilok website. Is this the correct one? Has anybody had any issues after installing this. I don't feel very comfortable installing on a Saturday before soundcheck. I am just curious if anyone has had any problems with this.
