Did not get the Pro Tools that I paid for

Well I finally was able to get my Pro Tools upgrade activated. I had to download and use Google Chrome instead of my Internet Explorer. The problem is that I purchased a PT 10 To PT 11 upgrade on purpose so that I could have both the PT 10 32bit and the PT 11 64bit on the same PC so I could still use some of my older 32bit plugins that I needed but most of all I needed Pro Tools 11 because it still supports my second generation Mbox 2 Pro and PT 12 does not. The Product that was put into my Account is Pro Tools 12 with the subscription.

Your iLok asset will authorize 10/11/12. Check your Avid account. I have 10 and 12 in mine, but not 11. Some users have already reported this and I believe/hope it's being worked on.

Thanks Drew, I just put in for a support case. Yes my products page does show PT 10 and PT 12, just not the PT 11 which I paid for because it's the only one that will work for my system. We'll see what they do.

Got the installers sent to me. The installers will eventually be added to the accounts. Thanks Jim & Jeff
