Video Satellite LE sync question
Just finished a 20 min documentary mix in PT HD ( on Windows XP ), video playback is via VS LE on a Macbook Pro ( outputting via Canopus ADVC-100 ). After i bounced my final mix and imported into Final Cut Pro i noticed that i needed to nudge forward 4 frames in order for the audio to be in sync. This nudge is the same amount used to sync offset on the VS-LE rig.
Is this normal ??? i don't remember having to do this when the video was played locally ( on PT machine ). Then, I still needed to sync offset 16 quater frames ( compensate for the Canopus ) ) but the bounce was perfectly in sync once imported to FCP. Is this a PT 8 or VS-LE issue ??? Thanks |
