Default S6 furniture

For those that don't know/haven't seen it - Argosy has a series of desks called Eclipse for the S6 in various sizes all the way from a 3 bucket to 8 bucket width. And for both M10 and M40 systems. See here: http://www.argosyconsole.com/html_in...6_eclipse.html

Just rockin'...what more is there?

Starting at $4700?

That amount of money goes a long way with a local wood or metal worker building you exactly what you want.

Unfortunately that's the way it is because the recording industry furniture market doesn't have the volume of sales like home furniture industry like Ikea or your local furniture store.

Supply and demand, yup.

I'm just making the case to stay local, support a craftsman, and get exactly what you want.

If you look at my site, the PT rig shown is my home studio which has custom furniture made by my brother in law.

he also recently made one for musician/composer BT. see pic.

Same here, all my desks that I ever had for audio production were always custom made by a local artisan.

That is a beautiful piece. Love the way he made the top out of multiple pieces. Is that a urethaned top or what? I've worked with the stuff and getting a nice finish isn't easy.

Pretty sure it's just an oiled finish. That's what mine is and I think he favors that since you can make fixes and re-oil periodically. But I'd have to check to be sure.
