PT9 crashes after mapping plugins in learn mode

PT9 crashes after mapping plugins in learn mode

I'm having trouble mapping plug-ins in learn mode.After I map a plug in on my 002, the software crashes when I insert a new plug in.The crash only happens after custom mapping.

I've done a clean install and swapped my plug-ins except the digirack and air plug-ins but the crash still happens.

Any ideas?Please help...
