Dcontrol lost fader pack
Hi,
I'm having a problem with our DControl fader pack. It simply won't show up in the peripherals dialogue, even after several rescans and powqer cycles. It also flashes that "Dialog On Screen" message, but there's no dialog window open in Pro Tools. This is persistent whether we have a session open or not. The Main unit is found and seems to work fine. We've tried to reset the Main unit, but to no avail. Any troubleshooting tips for a not-so-knowledgeable ICON user..? (Windows XP Pro, PT 8.0cs3, HP 'something' AVID certified - sorry to be so imprecise)

Aaand of course. The other edit room had mistakenly assigned the fader packs from both rooms. Problem solved.

and this is why I like privet networks for ICON controllers off the second ethernet port
