FileCatalyst TransferAgent Upgrade?
Greetings all, When I login to my Avid account, there's a banner message that says:
Avid | Edit On Demand - Upgrade Needed FileCatalyst TransferAgent is experiencing technical issues, please upgrade your local agent from https://filecatalyst.software/direct.html to the latest version 3.8.7 Build 27 Can someone tell me what this is and its importance? I'm on 2021 MacBook Pro with an M1 Max chip, running PT 2023.3. Thanks much! Skip B.

Hey Skip - This is for our Edit On Demand video product so no need for action by Pro Tools users. We passed this on to the web team to see if they can filter the message by products in each account. Sorry for the confusion.
