Help for 2 shortcuts

Hello,

could somebody help me about two shortcuts?
1. How to make the sound go forwards or backwards inside a clip
without changing the start or end point of the clip?
2. How to change the size of the overview of a single clip?

1. Ctrl +/- (uses nudge amount)

2. Ctrl-E (See Zoom Toggle preferences)

I'm on a Mac. I don't know the Windows equivalents.
