Default buzz in pres

the pres in my C24 have developed an AC type buzz. It's not present when it's offline but returns as soon as ethernet kicks in. It seems to be all channels, any mic, multicore disconnected, etc. The scribble strip has been doing the flicker when it gets warm, fixed by turning off for a few minutes as in some current posts. Had a new PSU 10 months ago. Could all this be PSU related? Is digi replacing power supplies for a C24 that's more than 12 months old? Anybody heard of this?
