Guitar Rig 5 Pro Access Error

HI All

I have just loaded the Pro tools 10 demo,and installed the RTAS version of GR 5 Pro.
When I try to load it into the track in PT10 I get the error message


Access violation occurred unable to read location:
0x00000008

Can anyone help me with this please?

Hello folks,

please I have the same problem as asimmd mentioned here and am not able to record guitar using Guitar Rig 5. Error 0x00000008 still ocuure while adding effect to Pro Tools 9 session. Can anybody help me step by step with this task as I am new here and have a huge problem to solve this out...Many thanks for any help

Have you made sure that you're running the latest version of Guitar Rig by opening Service Center?

I have Guitar Rig 5 Pro running just fine in PT10. Both the RTAS and AAX versions.
Can you run GR5 in standalone mode?
Do you have issues with any other plug-ins?

Like Stiff said, make sure you are running the latest version of GR5.
