iLOK Server Connection Error

Ok i know it maybe slightly wrong asking for iLOk help here but its tied into my 11 upgrade. Tried to install ILM a week ago in readyness for my PT11 activation code which still has not arrived anyway. ILM opened once or twice then has caught a bug somehow. I got a email from ilok support with instructions on how to clear any reminants of ilok old and new off system va a regidit instruction then to try and re-install iLM. I did and the same has happened. So basically iLM cannot open therefor this shuts my system down and studio. I tried to do a restore but I cant now as I installed & un-installed to many times and run out of restore points pre when I started this latest fiasco.....See pic too. Has this happened to anyone and a resolve found? Cheers.
