Stolen iLok / Support Center malfunctioning..
Hi everyone,
I don't know if this is the right place to post this topic. My iLok was stolen and I have the police report. According to this KB (updated on Oct 27, 2014): http://avid.force.com/pkb/KB_Render_...ES7&lang=en_US It seems that I don't have to purchase ASC to get my licenses retrieve. However, after submitting info on the Service Center page, it leads me to a Force.com page showing authentication is required, without any options to do. Sorry for I only have the screenshot in Japanese but here is the translation: "Authentication is required To access this page, you must have first login or register. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset the password by clicking [If you have forgotten your password]." Anyone can help? I think it's a website glitch... Thanks in advance. YF |
