Upgradibg form PT 11 permanent license to PT 12 permanent license POLICY

Avid,

Please post the official policy of upgrading form PT 11 to PT 12. Please include: cost, availability of a new permanent license in PT 12, possibility of not surrendering the license from PT 11 (since it was supposed to be permanent). I am interested in upgrading form PT HD DSP 11 (one card system) to PT 12 HD DSP.
