Euphonix CS 2000 time code

Hi guys, i have a BIG problem. I have to sync my Euphonix Cs2000 with ProTools System but I don't know how to connect them. The hardware is: Cs 2000 Controller, Cs2000 Rack Tower, Cs2000 MixWiew (computer), Motu MIDI Express PC, AD/DA SSL Alpha Link.
And i also would like to know how Setup my ProTools 9 to Enable MTC.

The MTC settings in Pro Tools are under Setup-Peripherals. I would check the Pro Tools Reference Guide for more info on it, though it's not very complicated. I used to sync PT to a Tascam DM4800 console with little trouble. To just have to configure PT to send or receive MTC.
