OT-Native Instruments Support SUCKS!!!!

Anyone ever get an email back from them?....I bought Kontakt about a month ago from Guitar Center and registered my version 1.1....I'm under a grace period clause that allows me to download the 1.5 version for free as soon as I fax them my information however I have no way to fax anything so I emailed them and asked where I could send the photo copies they needed to...That was on 1-25-04...THEN I sent another email on 2-6-04 telling them I'd like SOME kind of reply and still NOTHING!!! I'd also like to mention that I sent Digidesign a request for a 6.1 upgrade CD around the same time and received it at the beginning of this week for FREE no problems! On the other hand, Native Instruments wants $19.99 for an update CD that I'm entitled to already OR download for free which I would be willing to do to save the $$$ but did I mention they won't even acknowledge that I'm alive!!! AAAAHHHH!!!! Am I the only one here that is having these kinds of issues?....Thanks guys....

dude, why don't you just go to kinkos or someplace and fax from there??
