PT 12.5.1 with El Capitan 10.11.4

I updated to 10.11.4 before I discovered the issues with PT12, although it doesn't happen very often, I do experience some of the interactions and issues discussed on the Avid site. I've emailed Avid support and they basically said they don't have a clue as to when it will be compatible with 10.11.4 so my question (to anyone) is, should I try to fall back to 10.11.3 through Apple or try to wait it out and see if and when Avid will make it compatible? I am on the subscription plan but so far haven't seen any updates (except to 12.5.2 which isn't compatible). Any thought/suggestions? Thanks in advance!!

Hi, Rolling back to 10.11.3 would be your best bet IMHO if you want a system that is supported. It isn't that Pro Tools is not compatible with newer versions, just not supported. I'm running 12.5.2 on 10.11.6 with no real issues.

Thanks for the reply, I really don't want to go through the hassle of rolling back and my issues are random and not serious, so I'll just wait until 10.11.4/5/6 is fully supported by Avid. Thanks again!
