Are you sure they're not getting sorted into a spam folder?

I've not heard of specific problems with Hotmail - I'm going to see if we can test it to see what happens...

positive that its not going to junk folder...

i have had 3 three people with digidelivery try to send to our hotmail account.. I have also sent from our digidelivery and nothing shows up in hotmail. I do receive the confirmation email as does everyone else. When i forward the confirmation to the hotmail account it shows up instantly.

this also occurs to a client of ours.

Thanks for looking into this

Ok, I just tested this and, with a default Hotmail account, the notification email goes directly to the junk mail folder.

So, it looks like it's working - the recipient may need to setup a rule to allow emails from the DigiDelivery sender and/or check their junk folder for the message.

Sorry about that - I had the reply window open while I tested this and didn't see your post until after I replied.

Well, I'm really not sure what's going on there. Do you receive the emails at other addresses other than Hotmail? If so, then there must be something happening with Hotmail, specifically, that's causing the problem.

Which email servers are you using with the DigiDelivery - the default ones or are you using user configured ones?

Digi any other thoughts? There has to be something setup differently that allows your server to send the notification to the hotmail account. I can reproduce this problem on at least 3 Digidelivery's in various locations.

Thanks again for the help
