Help! Trouble with Faders
I've got a problem with my c24. After being on for a short period of time, all the faders shoot to the top and I can hear the motors moving like they want to keep going. When this first happened with a session open, I thought it might be a back session. Today I powered on the unit with the computer off, came back a hour later, and found the same situation.

Contact customer support. It sounds to me like a hardware problem offhand. In the US, you can get them at (650) 731-6100.
