Mark in/out points on S3

There doesn't seem to be anything in the Eucon command list for setting mark in/out points.
Within Protools, while playing, you can set mark in and mark out points by pressing the down and up arrows on the keyboard. I find this to be pretty essential to mix with the video monitor off.
Is there any way of assigning this to the S3?
I can assign keyboard clicks to the S3 but this won't help in this case. I want to be able to set mark in and out while ProTools screen isn't necessarily in focus.

You simply select a button and then assign up arrow using Eucon. Same goes for down arrow.

Thanks ha2dorff but this solution triggers a keyboard shortcut and not a Eucon action and therefore only works as long as Protools is the focused application. I am hoping for a Eucon action which works whether or not Protools is the focused application.
Many times I am comparing tracks to iTunes or some other application and only Eucon actions are program independent.

Assign the command, but instead of choosing EuCon, choose Wheel, Dock Jog, Function and you'll see it. I don't have an S3 in front of me at the moment, but it should work.
