I downloaded the Lurssen Mastering Console yesterday. Maybe I was missing something but I was disappointed. I found the presets slow and tedious to switch which seems pretty essential to do as the module configuration is fixed. Also, even accessing the hidden controls I couldn't get much level without distortion? I liked the EQ controls but overall it seemed I'm not missing anything at all.

For reference, I usually have a few plugins on my master buss, comp, tape, saturation, EQ and limiting.

Either way, time is nearly up with the offer unless they hold it over and go for the 5 to 1 compression ratio?

Look at what their plugs cost and how bad the support is then go look at the sale Waves is doing.

I purchased a product and it vanished from my account. The only record is that I purchased those stupid points you have to buy before you can get the product.

There are receipts for the points - and now the points are gone (as I used them for the product) along with the product.

I contacted support and got no help.

Same exact thing happened to me. Support wasn't very quick but I stayed on them and was very clear about the resolution I expected. Eventually they dropped a new license into my account for the missing plugin. No explanation was given though to what happened.
Also odd is that the plugin now shows up in my Custom Shop application on my computer, but the plugin isn't listed in my account when I sign in on a web browser.

They definitely have a convoluted licensing/points/credit system there.

If it was a Custom Shop purchase with Gear Credits they would have access to see those purchases in the system too. Please do send your ticket number (and/or IK account username) to me via PM and I'll see what I can do.
