Unhappy Pumping Effect On Bounced Mix

Ok guys something strange going on with my Mpowered System.

I'm using PT 8.04CS2 i have thing will be "fixed" with the cs2 update i have done today before i post but...it's the same thing..

I have finish my mix of my new track today i'm doing btw House tunes i need lot of compression going on drums and sidechain etc etc... The CPU use it's like 32 % and before i bounce it down for mastering in other project (nothing on master before bounce) it's sound ok...After i bounce it 26 Bit 96Khz Stereo i play the wav file in I-tunes or Pro Tools whatever it's have pumping effect like i have smashed with compressor on the master. Strange ha?

I use a lot lite compression on stuff & limiting but it's sound good on playback this happens when i bounce it down((((((( HELP ?


My PC Spec.
Asus m2n Sli Deluxe
AMD Athlon 64x2 6000+ 3.0Ghz
2 Hitachi Sata Hard Drives
Ge Force Nvidia 7200 G,Card
Delta 2496 Soundcard
