M Powered 8 PC to Pro Tools Mac

I am currently working on a windows 7 PC using MPowered and M Audio I/O Project mix.
Im curious if I can move over to my Mac and upgrade to Pro Tools.
Will I be able to open my music on the Mac?
What Control Surface should I switch to?

I’m really not sure what to do so any advice would be appreciated.
