purchased boom from avid/not in my plugins

I purchased "Boom" from the Avid store and it shows up in my Avid account, but not in my Ilok license manager or in my audiosuite in protools first. It shows downloaded onto my computers files, I just can't access it from Protools
First. Any suggestions?

Protools First, Focusrite Scarlett 18i8, Windows 10, Ultrabook 64bit
