Default 7 Days Support - How to Get It???

Hello,

I just upgraded to Pro Tools 12. It came with "7 Days Installation Support."

Does anybody know how to make that work? The receipt has no code to use when calling tech support.

(My insert effects aren't making any sound, and I want to get them working.)

Welcome to the community.

You can call using your System ID (listed with your Pro Tools... product in your account) or you can go to Access The Support Center > Equipment > Create A Case to start a case online. Sign in to your Avid account to find these.

I have the same problem when I call and put my system ID in it says I don’t have any support plan, when it clearly says 7 day installation support but they don’t except it my System ID and hangs up and basically leaves high and dry with no help or way of speaking to someone!!!!!!!!!!Terrible with Avid it’s alway a nightmare
