playback delayed

I recently upgraded to PT 12, with new Apollo Twin. Got it up and running without any hitches, haven't used it for a while and opened it up today. Was recording some MIDI keyboard stuff and noticed it wasn't recording to the downbeat. I figured it was a quantize issue, set the input quantize from 1/8 to 1/64. Didn't resolve; opened a different session and notice that previously recorded material is playing back a tad behind the waveforms. Any simple answers offf top of head what could be causing this? (a general setting in PT, or could the apollo be causing it?)

Hi you could try disabling delay compensation for midi on protools prefences .Im not in front of my computer but is on the midi seccion on PT general preferences if i remeber well .

I just reread my post, realized I didn't make it clear that audio tracks are also playing back delayed.

Well , it seems to have resolved itself. I went back in to session I had been working on. Not sure where this fits with the details, but when I worked on it earlier today it was the first time I had opened this session since installing PT12. I was surprised when I reopened it that I had not saved it (or somehow it didn't save) and it was still in the same condition as it was when I first opened it today. It played correctly, and my other sessions appear to be playing correctly. Still curious what may have caused this. We'll see if same thing happens when I redo what i had been doing to the session.
