Mbox no sound with headphones?!

Hi Guys,

I recently bought the Mbox 3... having already got PT 9, I found my 3rd party interface was not really that compatible, so I decided it best to get an Mbox. In any case, I have the most basic of problems, which is having now connected my MIC to the Mbox and on to my MAC, I have no sound whatsoever coming through my cans? I do see the Sig/Clip lighting up so there's obviously sound being registered by it... if my headphones weren't working on my other audio interface, then I would assume then it was a connection problem from the jack, but that's the point, they do work with my other set-up... does anybody out there have any advice... maybe there's something I'm missing?

Which Mbox? The original with the focusrite preamps(the light blue plastic one) doesn't work with PT9. You need an Mbox 2 variant(the dark blue metal cased style). My M-Audio Fastrack Pro works well. If you DO have a 2nd generation Mbox, where is the MIX knob set?
