I can't log on to the Avid system
Avid does not recognize my old login info. I have tried everything. The reason I need to interface with this site is to retrieve a copy of the software I purchased because I am selling my Digi hardware and the new owner needs a copy. I need to download that software and I cannot seem to do it because I cannot access my old account info. I only have a copy of the software in Windows format and the buyer has a Mac. What do I need to do to get him a copy of my software in Mac? I upgraded from PT 7 to PT 8 before the Avid web conversion and downloaded the software when I purchased it. Help much appreciated.
