Default 888-24 repair

On of the A/D converters in an 888-24 has crapped out. It is 3 weeks out of warranty. How do I get it fixed and what is the turn-around?

Default Re: 888-24 repair

If your out of warranty, give Digi Tech Support a call on the ProAccess line.

888-DIGIDSN or 888.344.4376 or 900.555.4376

This is a fee based line, but if an RA is issued for repair they will cancel the call charges.

They'll do a bit of troubleshooting, and if the unit needs repair they will give you a quote to fix it and issue you a Return Authorization number. Turn around time, including shipping time, is a couple of days.
