Setup advice pls.

Hi all I just wanted to check to see if I have my system connected correctly

Protools 10hd
1core pcie
1 accel pcie
digi 192 16 audio in 8 audio out
spl mix dream xp 16 in via db25
control 24 focus rite
k at the moment I have 1-8 audio from the 192 going to 1-8 in on the spl mixdream xp summing mixer
8-16 audio from 192 going to my control 24 as I am using the desk to feed my headphone amp via the aux output
spl mixdream main outputs going to channel 7/8 on the 192
digi pre feeding 1/6 of the 192 inputs
spl muxdream monitor outs going direct to my powered monitors
digi elevn rack connected to 192 via spdif I/o

Is this the best way to run this setup
ideally I guess it would be nice to send all 16 outputs to the mix dream
but my prob then is feeding my headphone amp ?
or would I send the spl mixdreAm monitors to the headphone am then out the amp to my monitors ?? any advice would me great
