You have an Annual Upgrade Plan which includes a perpetual 10/11/12 license bundle, so there should be no interruption with Pro Tools whether you renew your plan or not.

If you have the Plug-Ins and Support Plan then the "Pro Tools Plan" subscription license gets refreshed just prior to the plan's date. Hopefully you have noticed fewer posts about this as the reliability of subscriptions has been improved, but if you did have trouble you can use the "Access the Support Center" link in your my.avid.com account to get assistance.

Hope this helps!

Best Sticky a advice EVER!!!!

My advice at this point would be to forget Protools.

Move to a different DAW where you will get a DAW that actually works, and from a company that doesn't try to strong arm you into paying for things they have no intention of giving you!
