Restoring Tracks slow
Hi all,
I've noticed over the past 4 months or so that my sessions are taking longer to open. It's the "Restoring Tracks" that takes the most time. 5 seconds or so per track but it adds up when I've got 100 tracks or so in a mix. When I start these sessions with all plugins inactive I don't have the issue. Has anybody experienced something similar and come up with a solution? I fear the only way to track it down would be to remove my plugins from the folder one by one until it stops happening. I'm not entirely sure if this started around the same time I got UAD plugins for the first time. |

Re: Restoring Tracks slow
Updating my own thread just incase anyone stumbles across it.
Narrowed the issue down to UAD plugins. I'm running a UAD2 Quad Firewire Satellite. As soon as I have one UAD plugin on a track it's slow to load. |
