Default Printing stereo midi to mono audio?

So I have a bunch of stereo instrument tracks that I want in mono audio. Is there a way to print them to a mono audio track rather than a stereo track?

If not what do you think would be the quickest way to convert all my stereo instrument tracks to mono audio tracks?

I know the obvious way of doing it. But it takes a little longer than I like, especially with bigger sessions. (Create new mono instr. track under the stereo track > re punch in the parameters on identical new plugins since you cant copy a stereo plugin to a mono track > Print to mono audio track)

Quicker way to do it than that? Hope so haha. Its not a big deal for a few of them but by the time I'm done writing and ready to print to stems for a mix I always have way more stereo tracks than I wanted. Takes a bit of time to copy in all the individual plugin chains on the new mono tracks. Im sure there are shortcuts for this Im not using.

On instr track: Pan L to center, and R to center, and set output to, say bus 1-2.
Create mono audio track, set its input to either bus 1 or 2, no difference. Rec enable.
Record.

ok I must have made this thread under totally wrong assumptions.

I didn't think you could print a stereo to mono track. At least it wasnt working when I was setting the output of the stereo track to the input of the mono track. Didn't try using sends.

Either way ill figure it out, wasnt aware I could print stereo instrument to mono audio.
