Linking my registered PT9 box version with my account

Hi!

This is my first Thread and my first post in the Avid Forum.

I registered a boxed version of PT9 EDU, which doesn´t create an Avid Master Account, as I have now understood.

PT9 EDU qualifies me to get PT10 EDU for free... so I created a master account and tried to register my copy of PT9 again, which obviously didn´t work.

But I found no way to link my License with my newly created Master Account, which would be necessary to obtain my copy of PT10.

I tried to reach the telephone support, but every time I call it says "The number you´ve dialed is not assigned". I got the digits right, I swear :)

If somebody could help me linking my Account with my license, that would be highly appreciated!!

Oh come on.... I don´t get through any kinds of official types of support... I need your help!!!
