PT 12 subscription not showing on iLok

Hi there,

I am having an issue with my PT 12 license not showing up on my iLok, When I go to the 'My products' version of the site, it shows the subscription as live and that it's registered to the relevant iLok, however nothing is displayed when I am in the iLok manager/ launching Pro Tools, I have a suspicion that it has occurred when my PT expired after I missed the chance to pay (thanks COVID-19)... really need this back up ASAP, so any help you can offer would be great, Cheers, Dale

If you have a Subscription AKA Non perpetual license you wont get PT12 with that but other license options like a perpetual license that still works with the latest version will have a bundle of older license.
