Default WIll 001 run under 5.3.3 mbox LE version?

I just drove 3 hours to pick up An LE upgrade disk at a dealer to migrate to a new DELL I just bought with XP (I'm on a dialup connection so downloading would take forever). He didn't have 5.3.1 and said 5.3.3 would work is this true?
Thanks

No.. 5.3.3 will only work with the MBox... You need 5.3.1 for the 001.

Have the dealer order the disk and mail it to you. Free of charge, since it was their screw up. I would talk to the manager.
You would think those people would know better

Thanks for the replies ..I called DIGI today and they said they would send it right out. The guy whoi gave me 5.3.3 was really a nice guy and broke open a new mbox to give me the pc disk..wouldn't want to get him in any trouble. I was anxious to get get my new DELL up to speed.
Thanks again

Does 5.3.3 work with any other hardware?
