Default help with system specs

i'm thinking of getting the Digi-001 and have the following computer to use it on:

AMD Thunderbird chipset w/ 750mhz Duron processor.
512mb ram.
a 40gb hard drive, partitioned into two 20gb, one with windows 98se, one with windows xp pro (dual boot); and an 80gb hard drive, partitioned into two 40gb, one NTFS, one FAT32.

will this work with the 001?

thx
