Default Waves announce partnership with Abbey Road Studios

I just saw this on Harmonycentral.com. Waves and Abbey Road Studios have announced a long term partnership to work together on plugins.

This could be interesting. I guess we'll see Waves come out with some cool plugins based on some of the unique equipment there.

Lots of cool stuff there for sure. I hope they find something more compelling than the Kings Microphones Now they can model the rest of the mic locker. It will be interesting to see if they try to sidestep Mercury owners like they did with the Kings Microphones. I'll be surprised if they dont.

I'm guessing. Time will tell. If included it would be a huge boon.
