Hi,

I'm also having problems with EUCON 23.6 causing instability with Pro Tools 23.3 after implementing the patch on Mac OS Ventura. Also nervous about updating to 23.6 or 23.9 as I have a mix session starting tomorrow. Had massive slowdowns before the patch but now constant crashes. PT just vanishes with no beach ball. When I disable Eucon, the crashes stop. Curious if others are having this issue.

This is a known issue with PT 23.3, Sorry. PT 23.6 on has the fix in for that one.

Hey Eddie,

So after upping to PT 23.9 I started getting constant CPU overloads around automation breakpoints, which was one of the problems that I was having before the temp fix. Downgraded back to 23.3 and turned off Eucon and CPU overloads disappeared, but now operating with no control surface.

Did you turn off EUCON with PT 23.9 to see if it was EUCON or PT ?

Yes. Turned off EUCON and still was getting CPU spikes.
